Roof & Wall Cladding corrugated steel sheet shall be color-coated galvanized steel. Thickness 0.5 mm up to 0.7 mm Galvanization shall be 275 gm/m². the exposed surface shall be color coated with polyester over corrosion primer. Total thickness 30 microns. The non - exposed surface shall be color coated with 8-10 microns thickness.

Roof panel shall have covering width of 1000 mm five ribbed profile with 20 mm high major ribs every 250 mm center distance. The major ribs are tapered. Two additional minor ribs, each with a height of 3 mm stiffen the panel in-between the major ribs, wall panel shall have a covering width of 1100 mm with ribs of 25 mm depth on 27.5 mm centers.

Roof panels shall be continuous from ridge to eave for buildings of 24 m width or less. Where end-laps are required, they shall be a minimum of 150 mm and occur at a purlin.
