The tape sealer is rubber base compound. The
compound is non-hardening, non-corrosive to
metal and has excellent adhesion properties.
Their service temp. shall be from -54O
C to 70O
C The sealant shall be installed at lateral and
longitudinal roof panel overlaps.
Closures
Closures shall be rubber or equivalent, matching
the profile of roof or wall panels. They shall
be installed along the eave in order to ensure
tightness of the building.
Gutters
Gutter shall consist of box shaped, galvanized
steel, 0.7 mm nominal thickness, color coated on
both sides. The gutters shall be supported by
galvanized strips attached to the eave member at
a min spacing of 1000mm. The face of the gutter
shall match the profile of the rake trim. The
gutter apron shall extend under the roof panel
to provide positive counter flashing and shall
be sealed with closures and sealant as required
to ensure weather tightness.
Down spouts
The downspouts shall be P.V.C. pipes 4" diameter
or rectangular shaped, color coated galvanized
steel, 0.5 mm nominal thickness and 100 x 100 mm
cross sectional dimensions.
Flashing and Trims
Flashing and trims shall be furnished, wherever
necessary to provide watertightness and finished
appearance. Galvanized steel for flashing and
trims shall be color-coated with polyester over
corrosion primer. (Total thickness 30 microns).
The non-exposed surface shall be color-coated
with8-10 microns thickness. |
